Promote Chopin's music and the music of other Polish composers as well as classical music in general within the New York tri-state area in an easily accessible manner.
Support and develop amateur pianists in an effort to have them grow musically in a complementary fashion to their professional and personal lives. Support young professional pianists from around the world in their career development.
Establish an international Chopin piano competition in New York by the year 2010, in which will be held a celebration of the 200th anniversary of Chopin’s birth.
Integrate society of musicians and wide range of other artists by organizing competitions among pianists and other musicians, as well as by organizing recurring gatherings of The Chopin Society.
